👏 👏 👏 From Qu-PIC – Horizon Europe, we would like to congratulate 𝗝𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗿 and Marcin Motycki on the recent presentation of their poster on FDSOI PIN-diodes at 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗖 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 earlier this week.
The Program for Research on Integrated Systems and Circuits (ProRISC) is an annual conference on Integrated Circuit (IC) design, encompassing RF, mmWave, ADC, sensing, and lowpower sub-areas.
Jelle and Marcin shared their latest developments on the electrical and 850 nm optical characterization of back-gate controlled FDSOI PIN-diodes. Their research outcomes are a valuable addition to Qu-PIC – Horizon Europe‘s end goal of high integration for a comprehensive European supply chain of photonics integrated circuit (PIC) building blocks.
