Role in the project

WP16: Dissemination, Communication, Exploitation and Technology Transfer – Phase 1

• To define and implement a comprehensive dissemination and communication strategy that aims to maximize the outreach of QU-PIC’s activities, creating an ecosystem of manufacturing value chain stakeholders interested in adopting photonic solutions for specific applications in the targeted markets.
• To develop an exploitation plan for QU-PIC´s main results focused on proper IPR management, commercialization under sustainable business models, and standardization of the generated solutions.
• To promote the early adoption of QU-PIC’s technologies portfolio by other manufacturing companies through the implementation of an industry plan that ensures sustainability beyond the end of the project.

WP17: Dissemination, Communication, Exploitation and Technology Transfer – Phase 2

All the activities carried out in WP16 will be continued in WP17 for the second half of the project. A final version of the Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation Plans will then be delivered in M48 considering the project’s progress and achievements.
