📢 The first complete European supply chain of photonic integrated circuits for quantum is now well underway🥁
Last Friday, the Qu-PIC – Horizon Europe consortium met online with its Project Officer, Alessio Gerardo M., and the experts Angela Haykal, Roberto Morandotti, and Victor Calzadilla. Five hours of productive discussions and feedback culminated in a positive view from the reviewers on Qu-PIC’s developments toward the end of its second year.
This review meeting on the project’s first reporting period marks an important milestone for the various components, integration strategies, packaging approaches, and the aluminum oxide platform chosen as the backbone technology for our Qu-PICs (quantum PICs).
