Qu-PIC’s first exploitation tour by Tematys

Last week, a series of meaningful discussions were conducted as part of the first exploitation tour for Qu-PIC – Horizon Europe. Susmita Sridhar, PhD and Arturo Elรญas Llumbet from Tematys, Qu-PIC’s Exploitation and IPR Manager, visited various project partners to:

๐Ÿง  Gain insight into the progress of Qu-PIC’s technological developments.
๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Clarify exploitation routes and IPR strategies.
๐Ÿค Prevent conflicts of interest between project partners to drive long-term collaborations.
๐Ÿ“ˆ Explore the use of Qu-PIC’s innovations beyond quantum applications to maximize impact.

In this series of visits, partners from Technische Universitรคt Berlin, TOPTICA EAGLEYARD, Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, PTB, University of Mรผnster, Aluvia Photonics, and University of Twente opened the door of their labs and facilities to Tematys, while discussing sensitive and complex points collaboratively and respectfully.

Thanks to these discussions, Qu-PIC – Horizon Europe concludes its second year with a clearer understanding of the potential barriers and opportunities that will shape the most optimal outcomes for the ๐—˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜๐˜‚๐—บ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜†. This ambition can only be achieved through the united efforts of a robust consortium.
