The annual joint event DGKK & DEMBE emerged from the Workshop of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fรผr Kristallwachstum und Kristallzรผchtung (DGKK) on Epitaxy of III-V Semiconductors and the German MBE Workshop (DEMBE). This year, the event took place in Magdeburg from December 3rd to 5th, 2025, organized by the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg (OvGU).
Massimo Grigoletto from Technische Universitรคt Berlin presented his latest results about the influence of AlN/Sapphire substrate miscut on the morphology andย threshold of 265 nm AlGaN DQW lasers.
