Qu-PIC – Horizon Europe celebrates its 4th Consortium Meeting at Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, PTB
Two days of enriching discussions marked the most recent gathering of the Qu-PIC consortium at the outstanding facilities of PTB, Germany’s National Metrology Institute, and the second largest in the world.
The meeting made clear that Qu-PIC is progressing at a good pace, with very exciting results soon to be shared in conferences and on the project’s website.
Tanja Mehlstäubler and Fatemeh Salahshoori impeccably hosted the meeting and coordinated guided tours to various PTB facilities. The Qu-PIC consortium was delighted to learn about some of the most precise atomic clocks in the world (CS2 & CSF2) and the ion traps testbed implemented at PTB’s 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗤𝗧𝗭).
We thank PTB for this productive reunion and for its exceptional work within Qu-PIC.
